Whether they like it or not, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton will be celebrating Christmas together. Queen Elizabeth has reportedly ordered the feuding pair to join the rest of the royal family at Sandringham House this year.
Kensington Palace released a statement over the weekend confirming that Prince Harry, Markle, Prince William, and Middleton will be joining the Queen this holiday season.
The Christmas news comes amid reports of a growing feud between the couples. According to Radar Online, Markle has been accused of being “too demanding” on her staff members, two of whom recently resigned.

There were also reports that Markle fought with Middleton prior to her wedding and even made her cry when she was trying on dresses.
The rumors heated up after Harry and Markle announced that they are moving out of Kensington Palace next year. The two are moving into a larger estate to better accommodate their growing family.
Despite tensions between Markle and Middleton, insiders say that the Queen has forced them to call a truce for the holidays.
The Queen also reportedly invited Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, to spend Christmas at Sandringham. But she allegedly cannot make it, though official no official confirmation has been made.
Christmas with the royals is packed with old traditions, one of which is opening presents on Christmas Eve.
Although Markle and Middleton will enjoy breakfast together on Christmas day, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided not to stay with William and Middleton in Anmer Hall.

It is not clear why they are not staying together, like they did last year, but one insider believes it might be because Harry and Markle want some privacy.
“There’s not a huge amount of room at Sandringham so it’s quite surprising. Maybe they just want their own space,” the source shared.
The insider added that the couples are civil towards each other but do not hang out on a regular basis.
