Orlando Bloom has multiple tattoos, however many of them you see in movies such as Sympathy for Delicious and Unlocked are just makeup. Though, the sun by his belly button, seen on the character The Stain, is his, with a bit of a touch-up.
Blooms tattoos are all relatively small, discreet, and have meaning. Except for the sun, which he admits to getting when he was 15 and foolish. But since then his decisions have been much wiser.

His most recent tattoo was a bit of a gaffe at first, but he was able to fix it. He had his son’s name, Flynn, tattooed up his forearm in morse code. The only problem was that it was misspelled.
Apparently Bloom got his morse code graph off of Pinterest and it turned out to be incorrect, so instead of reading Flynn, it actually said Frynn. Luckily the only thing missing was a small dot and Bloom was able to get it fixed with no issue.
While in getting it fixed, he also decided to get one in memory of his dog Sidi, whom he found while in Morocco filming Kingdom of Heaven.
In an act of solidarity, Bloom also got a tattoo to commemorate his time in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, with the other castmates. His tattoo is located on his wrist and is the word Nine in the fictional language Tengwar Elvish, in reference to the fact that Legolas was one of the nine of the Fellowship of the Ring. It even accidentally made a couple of appearances in Pirates of the Caribbean.
